All lessons must be completed with 6 months starting from the date of the first lesson.     

24 Hour Cancellation Policy         

By submitting this payment I agree to the following:   I understand that I am expected to attend every scheduled session and to follow instructions.   I understand that Aquafit Swim School operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all sessions. A maximum of 1 reschedule opportunity will be accepted for 6 lesson package and for 10 lesson package. Because my appointment time has been reserved especially for me, I am required to provide at least 24 hour notice when canceling a booked lesson.  No charge will be levied should I cancel within the 24 hour notice given. Should I cancel a session without a 24 hour prior notice, I will be charged $30 rescheduling fee for the succeeding lesson. Once you have used the total amount allowed for reschedule, you will be charged $20 for each following reschedule. No call no show is a forfeited lesson.     

Return Policy    

You are allowed to submit for a refund before or after the 1st lesson is completed. Once the second lesson has been completed you are no longer able to receive a refund for any reason. We understand there can be special circumstances and we will do our best to empathize. However, once submitting payment you agree to these terms.   Also, management is allowed to refuse service even after payment has been made for following reasons...    

• Excessive tardiness  

• Constant no call no show  

• Exceeding 4 reschedules  

• Inappropriate behavior  

• Interrupting other lessons
